The Studio
Café Solo Studios was opened in Dallas in 2006 and then relocated to Denton in 2012, where it received the honor of being a finalist in the Best of Denton County for 2018, 2021, 2025 and winner in 2019.
It consists of nearly 1500 sq ft of space which includes the following: a large tracking room, isolation room, control room, amplifier room/storage and a spacious lounge for relaxing.

Main Tracking Room
This space has been treated extensively with acoustic absorption and diffusion with the result being a lively yet balanced main tracking room.
At nearly 500 sq ft with 11-foot ceilings, the room adapts to your needs. It's intimate enough for a solo acoustic session, or spacious enough for a full band tracking live to capture that authentic group energy.

Isolation Room
Our isolation room ('dead' room) opens directly into the tracking room with a window for visual contact, offering acoustic isolation ideal for vocals, loud amplifiers, overdubs, voiceover work, or audiobook recording.

Control Room
The control room offers a sonically neutral environment for detailed, critical listening during mixing, mastering, and production, ensuring your recordings translate well on any system. It also serves as an additional recording space when needed.

Lounge
The studio lounge serves as your home base during recording sessions. This comfortable space, connected to the tracking room by a short hallway, features a full-size couch, love seat, kitchenette with dining table, flat screen TV, wireless internet, complimentary snacks and beverages, and a full bathroom. This space helps keep the creative energy flowing.
