Rates & Policies

Blotched Background

Project Rates

Fixed pricing per song - know your cost upfront.

​

Full Band - $750 per song
6 hours recording, unlimited tracks, professional mix, 2 revisions, mastering not included but offered separately

​

Songwriter - $450 per song
4 hours recording, up to 8 tracks, professional mix, 2 revisions, mastering not included but offered separately

​

Additional recording time: $65/hour

Hourly Rates

Flexible booking for custom projects.


Studio + Engineer - $65/hour
Full facility access with Chris engineering

2-hour minimum booking


Facility Rental - $45/hour
Studio access with qualified outside engineer
2-hour minimum booking

Booking Policy

A 50% deposit is required to book all sessions. See cancellation policy below.

A requested date will be held for 48 hours without a deposit. After 48 hours the date with open for other clients. 

​

Hourly sessions: 50% deposit, balance due at completion of session

Project rates: 50% deposit, remaining balance due before mixing begins

​

Payment for any additional studio time or services incurred over the course of your session is due at the completion of the session or when the service is rendered.

All work held until full payment received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Deposits are non-refundable, but life happens - we're always happy to reschedule if you need to. Rescheduling sessions require at least a 48-hour notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your session cannot be refunded or changed.

Studio Policies

Session musicians hired and paid directly by client

No smoking or vaping inside the studio
Outside food and beverages welcome

Please limit one guest per musician for optimal recording conditions
